I recently visited this shop and found that they have a wide variety of items required for hotels, which is really good. However, my experience with the shop owner was disappointing. He was not respectful and spoke with a lot of attitude, showing very little concern for customers. A little more courtesy and respect towards customers would make a big difference.

A couple of months back, we had contacted M.M. Kitchen Engineering for servicing of few of our equipments which had become out of order. Earlier, technicians from another company had tried to rectify the defects but they couldn't succeed. M.M Kitchen was prompt in sending their technicians.
